A theoretical and experimental study of a new physical phenomenon the emission of electrons in metals under the influence of ultrasound. Shows the analogy mechanisms to increase the internal energy in metals by heating and effect of ultrasound. The substantiation of a possible rise in the emissivity of the emitter thermionic converters.
