This article is dedicated to the practical application of a developed set of computational and theoretical methods for modeling processes in tokamak reactor plasmas based on D-3He fuel in various operational modes. This set of methods is based on up-to-date data on thermal reactivities, calculated using the effective radius approximation, which are in good agreement with data from the NACRE II database in the range of 5 – 130 keV. It also includes a correct description of the contributions of radiative losses to the plasma energy balance, taking into account relativistic effects. In the previous stage of research, a traditional model of isothermal plasma with constant density was used, the results of which for determining the Lawson criterion and the fusion triple product are still cited in the literature. In this article, an analytical method for accounting for the effects of profiling D-3He plasma parameters has been developed, for which the results of the isothermal plasma model of constant density serve as reference parameters. The basis of this method is the fact that the reaction rates of D + D → p + T and D + D → n + 3He, through which the energy contribution of fusion reactions can be expressed in the energy balance equation, depend almost linearly on energy in the range of 10 – 130 keV. The local Trubnikov model is used to describe the contribution of synchrotron radiation. Consequently, accounting for profiling effects reduces to multiplying individual terms in the energy balance equation of the isothermal plasma model of constant density by corresponding multipliers that depend only on the parameters of the density and temperature profile functions, since in the local Trubnikov model, the magnetic field induction is assumed to be constant.
