The history of the organization and formation of In-Servies Training Department of the INPE NRNU MEPhI. The functioning of the faculty to train specialists for the nuclear industry of additional professional education programs. It is shown that the most popular are retraining programs in «Operation of Nuclear Power Plants», to maintain the skills of managers and specialists of NPP, as well as training in various areas of nuclear energy profile.
